Indian Institute of Foreign Trade provides world class education and training in international trade and business, besides being a premier Centre of Research. The Institute, a Deemed University set up by the Department of Commerce, Government of India, invites applications for MBA (IB) Degree programme being offered at Delhi & Kolkata campuses
Admission to MBA (International Business) Degree Programme 2014-16
Applications are invited for admission into MBA (International Business) 2014-16 Degree Programme through the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, at New Delhi and Kolkata for the academic year 2014-16

Eligibility:
Recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline
Candidate appearing in the final year examination of Graduation can also apply subject to submission of proof of requisite qualification by 07th October 2014
Age: No age limit
Reservation:
Seats are reserved as per Government of India rules
The reservations are subject to candidates meeting the admission requirement of the Institute under different categories
For Foreign Nationals/NRI/Children of NRIs:
Seats are reserved for Foreign Nationals, NRIs and Children of NRIs and the admission is considered on the basis of General Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) score of which should not have been declared before 01st January 2012 and should be received by the Institute latest by 31st March 2014
NRI-sponsored candidates are not considered under this category

Mode of Admission:
Selection will be on the basis of Written Test, Group Discussion, Essay Writing and Interview
Written Test:
Written Test will be held on 24th November 2013 Sunday, during 10.00 a.m to 12.00 noon
Centres:
Written test at  Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhubeneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Delhi, Guwahati, Hydrabad, Indore, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur and Visakhapatnam. Based on the marks of Written Test, a limited number of candidates will be invited for second phase of selection process comprising Group Discussion, Essay Writing and Interview to be held at Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai. IIFT reserves the right to add/delete any centre, if required

How to Apply:
Online: For the Candidates, who wish to fill in online application form, visit IIFT website at www.iift.edu
Click on the ADMISIONS 2014 icon and fill in the online form as per details given in website
Take the print-out of the form, attach your photograph and sign in the box provided for the purpose
Send the print-out along with the necessary enclosures to IIFT
Offline: The candidates who bought the prospectus in cash or through demand draft need to complete the enclosed application form and send the same in the envelope provided for the purpose by Speed Post/ Registered Post/Courier to the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, B-21, Qutab Institutional Area, and New Delhi-110016 so as to reach IIFT on or before 03rd September 2013
Candidates Are Advised To Retain a Photocopy of the completed form and demand draft for future reference
The cost of prospectus and application form is one-time payment of Rs.1500/- (Rs.750/- for SC/ST/PH candidates) which includes application screening and entrance test fee and the candidates are not required to pay any other fee while sending back the filled-in Application Form to IIFT
SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates need to attach the requisite certificate with the filled-in Application Form

Last date for obtaining Prospectus through post: 20th August, 2013, Tuesday
Last date for obtaining Prospectus across the Counter at IIFT: 03rd September 2013, Tuesday
Last date for receipt of applications: 03rd September 2013, Tuesday
Last date for obtaining Prospectus and receipt of applications for Foreign Nationals/ NRIs/ Children of NRIs: 15th February 2014, Saturday
