National Institute of Construction Management and Research has announced the notification of an admission for the course ofPost Graduate Programme of academic period of 2016

Important Dates

• Date of Admission Advertisement: 20th Sept-2015
• Last Date of Issue and Submission of Applications: 14th December 2015
• Date of Admission Process (NCAT & PI): 11th January to 17th January 2016
• Date of Declaration of Admission Results: 28th January 2016
• Last date for Payment of Tuition fees (First installment): 11th March 2016
• Date of Commencement of Programs: 04th July 2016

NICMAR Post Graduate Programmes and Eligibilities 2016:

1. PGP ACM: Post Graduate Program in Advanced Construction Management (Two-year Full time) offered from Pune, Goa, Hyderabad, Indore and Delhi NCR Campuses
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks
2. PGP PEM: Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (Two-year Full time) offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks
3. PGP REUIM: Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (Two-year Full time) offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks
4. PGP IFDM: Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (Two-year Full time) offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks
5. PGP MFOCB: Post Graduate Program in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (Eighteen Months) offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having construction business. Students are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking as regards ownership of construction business
6. PGP QSCM: Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (One-year Full time) offered from Hyderabad Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks
7. PGP HSEM: Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety & Environment Management (One-year Full time) offered from Hyderabad Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria
Final year eligible graduating students can also apply for all above programmes

Selection Procedure

The selection committee makes selection of students
All eligible candidates will be invited to appear for the selection procedure, which comprises of NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) (or, other entrance examinations as specified below), Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA)
