IBA was established by IIT and IIM graduated professionals, with an aim of providing world class management education. IBA has been approved by AICTE and has emerged as a trend setting B School with curriculum modeled on a complete understanding of complex international businesses. IBA is run under the auspices of Arihant Education and Research Foundation, a public charitable trust registered at Delhi. IBA also plans to offer customized, industry specific Management Development Programs (MDPs) through mutual exchange of latest ideas and research with the industry.
Eligibility-
A Bachelor’s degree (with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories) Entrance Tests and submit the photocopy of Score Card along with filled Application Form.
Admission Procedure-
Tier 1: Screening applicants on the basis of their CAT/ MAT/CMAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT Scores.
Tier 2: Candidates who qualify in the above tests with scores meeting IBA, Greater Noida standards are called for Group Discussions.
Tier 3: Candidates finally appear for the personal interview with the Admission Board.

IBA Greater Noida offers Two Years Full Time Residential PGDM program. The program has been structured to meet the following main objectives:
To bring in right balance between theory and practice
To provide the contemporary knowledge and skills
To make the students readily employable
To provide opportunity for interest based specialization
The program is divided into six terms, spread over two years with over 1200 hours of classroom teaching. Each term is of 12-13 weeks duration covering around eight to nine subjects. One of the important feature of IBA’s program is continuous evaluation through:

The first year focuses on building the fundamental concepts in all functional areas viz. Marketing, Finance, IT, Human Resource, Operations, International Business and General Management.
In the second year students are offered a pool of electives apart from certain core courses. Based on their area of interest, students can opt for different electives. The list of electives is finalized every year by a faculty team and industry professionals based on the requirements of the industry.
