PGDM Programs 2015 Details
PGDM: This is the
flagship Program of Welingkar. It’s a compreshensive business management
course offering specializations across Finance, Marketing, HR,
Operations, Retails and Systems.
PGDM – Business Design: This
Program covers all aspects of Management and integrates concepts like
innovation, creativity and desigin thinking into mainstream management
system.
PGDM – Retail Management: This
Program provides a comprehensive view of the retail industry along with
functional specializations across Marketing, Finance, HR and
Operations.
PGDM – Health Management: This
Program combines disciplines of Business Management and Healthcare. The
learning process involves academic training in theory with practical
application across different domains in Healthcare industry.
PGDM – E-Business: This
is a techno commerical program which is a fine blend of management and
information technology addressing the needs of dynamic sectors like
Consulting, IT, Banking, Insurance, FMCG and Financial Services.
PGDM – Rural Management (Emerging Economics): The
major distinguishing feature of this 2 years Program is an embedded
rural internship of 5 months and 10 days, which provides a dedicated
practical exposure to work effectively in the emerging rural economies.
Eligibility Criteria for PGDM Programs 2015
A minimum 50 percent in graduation, which must be completed by June 2015
Should have taken CAT (2014)
conducted by the IIMs for the year specified in the advertisement (IIMS
have no role in the Welingkar admission process) / XAT (2015) / ATMA (2014-2015) / CMAT (2014-2015) / MH-CET (2015) / GMAT.
Final year students awaiting results may also apply.
Test Accepted
Student may submit any one of CAT (2014), CMAT (2014-2015) / XAT (2015) / MH-CET (2015) / ATMA (2014 -2015) / GMAT (January 2012 onwards) scores online to Welingkar
How to Apply..?
Through this section, you can fill in and submit the online application form.
You can then download the Application
form, which you will need to fill in offline sign the declaration form
and send to the institute.
Procedure for Online Application for the 2years full-time Post Graduate Programs in Management
You will first need to purchase the online Application from www.welingkar.org.
Please read the Guidelines carefully before filling the form.
Login to the module, using the Username
and password which you have received through online payment confirmation
page or email after purchasing the Online Application.
On successfully logging in to the module, you would need to accept the terms and conditions, to proceed forward.
Fill in and submit the detailed
Application form, as per the fields and instructions given. You can
choose to edit the form at a future date. Take the print of the final
completed form only.
(Incomplete Application form will not be accepted)
On successfully filling in the
Application form, you will be prompted to download the Application form
in PDF format. You will need to download and print the form, handwrite
the essay questions, attached photocopies of relevant documents for
academic and work experience proof (In case the written test score cards
have been received by you, please attach a photocopy of the same) and
send the completed Application form to the “Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai”.
It is the student’s responsibility to
submit the written test scores in this Application module as soon as the
results of the respective tests are declared.
