HP CMAT 2015 - Himachal
Pradesh Common Management Aptitude Test acronym as HP CMAT is conducted
by the Himahcal Pradesh University Business School to provide
admission to the aspirants in the MBA course of various universities of the Himachal Pradesh and colleges affiliated to these universities. Admission is provided through HP CMAT in
- MBA Programme of HP University Business School
- MBA (Agribusiness) programme of Dr. YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni, Solan and
- MBA Programme of Himachal Technical University, Hamirpur' various institutes.
HP CMAT Exam Eligibility
Educational Qualification:
To be eligible to take this Management
Aptitude Test, the candidate should hold a bachelor's degree of a
university, established by law in India with at least 50% marks (45% in
the case of SC/ST candidate). The students who are appearing for their
final bachelor degree examination in the respective year are allowed to
appear in H.P. State Combined Management Aptitude Test subject to their
satisfying the above said Eligibility condition at the time of
admission.
Age Limit:
Except for NRI/NRI Sponsored/Foreign
National candidates/students, and serving/retired defense personnel, the
maximum age limit for all P.G. courses is 26 (29 years in case of ST/SC
candidates) years on the 1st of July of the year of admission.
Important- Vice-Chancellor has the power to permit age relaxation for reasons to be recorded in writing up to a maximum three months.
- Age bar shall not apply in the case of in-service candidates/students and the State/Government of India nominees.
HP CMAT Syllabus
HP CMAT consists of questions from the following subjects/topics.- English Comprehension.
- Reasoning.
- Business Environment.
- Arithmetic Comprehension & Data Interpretation.
HP CMAT Pattern
HP CMAT is an objective type exam to be completed in three hour consisting of four section (each of 50 questions) from the following topics- English Comprehension.
- Reasoning.
- Business Environment.
- Arithmetic Comprehension & Data Interpretation.
How to apply for HP CMAT Exam
Aspiring candidates can apply by getting Application Form along with Handbook of Information from the Business School on cash payment/Draft of Rs.500 (Rs.250 for SC/ST) + Rs 50 for By post. Demand Drafts should be drawn in favour of Himachal Pradesh Univeristy Business School
Note:Candidate is required to attach original Cash Receipt / Demand Draft with his / her Application Forms.
