KIITEE Management Entrance Exam Eligibility
Eligibility For MBA (Rural Management)Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) at graduation can apply.
Eligibility For MBA (Agribusiness Management)
Graduate in Agriculture or any allied field with minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) at graduation can apply.
Two Year Full Time Residential MBA ProgrammeGraduate in any discipline recognized by the AIU with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3) of education and having minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA).
Note:The percentage of aggregate marks is to be calculated as per the practice followed by the concerned University/ Institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree.
In case the University/ Institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing CGPA obtained with the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the resultant with 100.
Those who are in their final year of graduation and awaiting their results by June, 2013 can also apply.
Important:Work experience obtained only after graduation will be considered. Organizational sponsorship is welcomed and would be given preference.

Application forms can be obtained on payment of a demand Draft for Rs.500 in favour of "KIIT School of Management / KIIT School of Rural Management Payable at Bhubaneswar from the following sources:

Prior to filling the application, candidates have to take a DD for Rs.500, drawn in favour of KIIT School of Management / KIIT School of Rural Management Payable at Bhubaneswar.
The form can also be downloaded from the websites: www.ksom.ac.in or www.kiitee.ac.in. The printout, filled-in, can be sent with a a DD for Rs.500, drawn in favour of KIIT School of Management / KIIT School of Rural Management Payable at Bhubaneswar.

KIITEE Management Entrance Exam Syllabus
KIITEE Management Entrance Exam consists of questions from the following subjectsVerbal Communication:
This section consists of common forms of English expression, grammar and its usage.
Logical Reasoning: This section consists of analytical reasoning, argument analysis, and analysis of explanation questions.
Quantitative Ability:
This section aims to test the candidate’s understanding of Basic Mathematics (Numbers; Operations; HCF and LCM; Fractions, Decimals and Percentages; Ratio and Proportion; Roots and Power; Logarithms; Progressions; Elementary Geometry and Mensuration; Elementary Trigonometry; Introductory Set Theory), Linear Algebra (Equations and Inequalities; Matrices; Determinants; Simultaneous equations and solutions; Elementary Linear Programming; Elementary differential calculus involving functions of one variable; Elementary integral calculus), and Probability and Statistics (Types of Data; Frequency Distributions; Measures of Central Tendency and Dispersion; Probability Concepts: Basic Outcomes, Events, Sample Spaces; Probability Calculations: Counting Rules using Permutations and Combinations, Unions and Intersections, Complementary Events, Mutually Exclusive Events, Conditional Probability and Independent Events; Binomial, Poisson and Normal Random Variables; Correlation and Simple Linear Regression) for their use in business applications such as Partnership and Shareholding; Present Worth and Discounts; Depreciation; Demand and Supply; Cost and Revenue, and common applications such as Banking Transactions; Inventories; Mixtures; Time and Work; Time and Distance; Pipes and Tanks; Estimation of time, distance, area, volume, effort, etc.
Data Interpretation:
This section aims to assess the ability of the examinee to make valid interpretations from a given data set. The section also assesses the ability of the examinee to understand data in different representative forms such as simple tables, histograms, pie charts, graphs, scatter diagrams, etc. Although involved calculations are not expected, simple data manipulations would be required.
